VILLA
The heart of country resort "IL FRASSINE" is represented by the large Villa (12 beds) whitch was the summer recidence of the physicist Enrico Fermi.
In addition to its historical value, the Villa is set on one of the most beatifull hills of the florentine chianti, surrounded by 60 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, fruit plants and a park with secular trees.
The Villa called "IL FRASSINE" is located inside the FRASSINE farm that produce oil, wine and fruit.
Inside the farm there are a lot ofanimals, dogs, horses, cow and blackyard animals.
The Villa is composed of four doble roms and two small accessory room to the others.
SILVIA ROOM
Beautiful room of 30MQ placed on the ground floor and is composed of a double canopy bed, bathroom with the shower, antique furniture, fantastic view.
PANORAMA ROOM
Beautiful room of 35 MQ, located on the ground floor, with antique furniture, terrace and bathroom with shower.
PINK ROOM
Beautiful pink room located on the first floor it's composed of a double bed, a double sofa' bed and bathroom with shower.
FERMI AND GINGER ROOMS
This room was chosen by the physicist Enrico Fermi when he resided in the villa IL FRASSINE.
The room with blue shades. And is composed of a double bed, bathroom with shower. In this room is connected with another two smaller rooms ideal for kids.
Inside the villa there are 3 big and very beautiful living rooms with fireplace and an american style kichen.
